OR Degrees which are considered equivalent to graduation i.e. Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), Company Secretary (CS) as also qualifications in Management like PGDBM (Two years course from a reputed University) with 55% or more marks in aggregate (50% or more in the case of SC/ST/PWD). | Proficiency in Computers is essential. (Candidates who have studied Computer Application as one of the subjects at Graduation/Post Graduation level are deemed to have working knowledge in Computers. For such candidates no separate computer certificate course is necessary) |
