The Online Recruitment Process of the CAS/DAS under the control of

 Director of Public Health and Family Welfare

 
 
1. The Candidate should apply through online only. Candidates have to visit the URI
http://dh.ap.nic.in/

 
 
2. The candidates can apply online from 19-07-2010 to 03-08-2010 by 5 pm. Candidates have to keep their  personal details
ready for filling-up the application online. After filling the candidate gets Online Acknowledgement with reference number.

 
3. Photograph: After filling-up the application online, the candidates have to upload one scanned passport size photograph
 ( .gif file or .png file, and the file size should not exceed 50k).

 
4. Candidate has to take printout of the filled in application.


5. Candidate should sign on the printout and enclose the attested copies of the following certificates and submit  in
O/o Directorate of Public Health & Family Welfare from 19-07-2010 to 03-08-2010 by 5 pm.

 

 i.    SSC or its equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth
 
 ii.   Certificate of MBBS / BDS along with internship certificate and Marks Memos of entire MBBS / BDS.
 
iii.   Certificate of Diploma / P.G. Degree along with Marks Memo(s).
 
 iv.  Permanent Registration Certificate of AP Medical Council.
 
 v.   Latest Caste Certificate for SC/ST./BC issued by MRO / RDO.
 
 vi.  Latest Physically Handicapped Certificate from the Competent Medical Board.
 
 vii. Study Certificates from 4th Class to 10th Class from school(s) where  he/she studied. (In case of Private Study
residence certificate issued by MRO)
 
viii. Certificate in the prescribed proforma regarding details of contract service issued by the DCHS / DM & HO along
with appointment order copy

 
6.  Candidate can track the status of the application online with the help of the reference number.

 7.  No Duplications: After successful upload of photograph, each candidate shall be displayed a unique application number. The candidates have to note the application number for future references. Each candidate has to apply only once. Duplicate applications shall all be rejected. Candidate can edit the form before the last date using the reference number. Candidate can also take a print out of the form submitted for personal reference only.

 8. Counselling : After the last date, subject to the outcome of the O.A in AP AT/Court, the merit list shall be prepared in 1:2 ratio as per the G.O Ms. No.123, Dated 18-05-2010 and the roster points following the rules of reservation. The short-listed candidates have to walk-in for counselling along with all the original certificates, testimonials and documents.

 9. Selection : The date and schedule for counselling shall be intimated through letter and notice to the short-listed candidates in due course of time. During the counselling all the original documents shall be verified to facilitate final selection. Mere attending the counselling session shall not give the candidate any right to claim for the appointment. However, after filling the posts, rest of the candidatures shall be empanelled for six months duration for issuing appointment orders as and when vacancies arise following the roster point and rules of reservation.

10.  Authentication : If any candidate fails to substantiate the data entered online with the original certificates, such candidature shall be rejected, and such cases are liable to be handed over to police for appropriate legal action.
